Apart from my native Belgium, I have lived and studied/worked in the USA (PA), Benin, Guatemala, Indonesia (Java) and France, and my 3 best teachers are 8, 4 and 2 years old!

It took a few obstacles for me to want to go further and further, and to have the courage to let go of those limiting thoughts that put up so many invisible barriers to learning…

When I started sports medicine, I was certainly the least sporty, but I wanted to understand what gave athletes all that energy, I wanted to know how to treat my triathlete husband, and finally, I thought it was the only anti-ageing treatment, which is far from being the case (and in intensive sports, often the opposite…).

When I started homeopathy, I may not have understood it, but I couldn’t deny what I had seen, and I wanted to understand… Curiosity and wonder at the complexity of life and health are wonderful driving forces!

It took me a few successes to learn to trust my feelings…

To see that time proves my intuition right… Until not so long ago, I thought that everyone had the same intuition as me, and I couldn’t understand why people promised things that sounded so false, without knowing that they didn’t know it yet. Self-confidence is something you build, learn and therefore teach…

I love diversity (in patients, in care, in life), I love challenges, I love travelling, I love good surprises and I love everything that’s beautiful and best of all : smells good!

About the courses?
I started giving courses to my patients, because there’s never enough time in a consultation to cover all the subjects, but also because so many people want high-quality non-biased efficient medical information.
Then I realised that there was a total lack of training in global/integrative medicine available in Belgium.
So as I was teaching my trainees, I decided to share all this knowledge far and wide, and that’s how this website and these online courses came together, aimed and opened to everyone.”

I love …

  • everything that is BEAUTIFUL and smells GOOD: flowers, nature, travel, … No intuition without a nose!
  • anything to do with WATER (water symbolises emotions…)
  • good surprises
  • wonderful coincidences
  • having a patient base that’s as varied as possible, because like globality, I’ve always liked cross-disciplinarity to understand things in depth… It’s sometimes very instructive to see a baby and a grandmother who need the same remedy: what complexity and precision in nature…

I dream of …

I believe in the importance of challenging one’s comfort zone in order to grow in consciousness, longevity and inner peace…

I believe that everything influences us, every day, every second, and that we therefore have the power to heal ourselves much more than we think…

I believe that the best way to learn beyond our limiting thoughts is to start from the premise that ‘everything is true’, and then try to understand the conditions…

I think that our vibration in the present depends a great deal on our future, and that it is therefore possible to use illness as a signal, and its treatment as a referral. To heal is to change our destiny.

I think that intuition and vibratory perception are 2 senses that should be encouraged in children, because as is often the case in human life, anything that isn’t practised is lost… I think it’s important to recognise that they have a sharper tool than adults, to which we could learn…

I dream of a world where everyone would dare to take their rightful place, thanks to greater self-awareness, greater awareness of their inner child, of their authenticity, and greater awareness of the emotions at play in relationships with others, and where humans would then be as complementary as all the biodiversity of nature…

I’m still learning…

It was in 2022 – the year I turned 40 – that life made me realise that I had to be my first patient of the day, if I too wanted to continue to be in good health, and pave the way for my patients…

You can only advise others to the extent that you have learned yourself!

It’s by being fairer to myself that I too can help you to achieve better health, better help you to develop your full potential, achieve your best life and realise some of your dreams…

With this in mind, my family and I will be travelling abroad for the 2025-2026 school year, while continuing to advise you from a distance whenever possible. With the good vibes from the other side of the world to boot!

Thank you for your understanding and your enthusiasm for this adventure!

Delighted to introduce my colleagues:
