Article 1 – Purpose

These conditions govern the sale of e-learning or face-to-face training as well as the sale of workshops, books or teaching materials. HLL SRL designs, develops and delivers its training courses.

Article 2 – Prices, payment and validation

All prices are given in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other taxes applicable on the date of the order), unless otherwise indicated and exclusive of processing and delivery costs.

If you order a physical product from a country other than Belgium, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes may be payable. These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of HLL SRL. They will be at your expense and you will be entirely responsible for them.

All orders are paid for in euros. HLL SRL reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Any order placed on the www.hourlonglife.com website implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. You declare that you are fully aware of them. Confirmation of your order constitutes proof of the transaction and your acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale. A summary of your order will be automatically sent to you by email in PDF format via the email address you gave us when you registered. HLL SRL cannot be held responsible for any errors in the spelling of your email address. Please check the spelling of your email address carefully to ensure that you receive this information. Once your payment has been validated, a PDF invoice will be sent from Stripe to your e-mail address.

The products remain the property of HLL SRL until full payment for the product(s) has been received. HLL SRL retains the intellectual property of all products, even after sale. As soon as you take physical possession of the product(s), the risks of loss or deterioration of the products are transferred to you.

As regards virtual products such as downloadable documents or online training courses, access to these will only be granted once payment has been received and validated. For any payment by cheque or bank transfer, access will only be granted once your method of payment has been received and validated.

For all orders placed on the site, you have 2 hours in which to validate your order by credit card or Paypal. After this time, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will have to place it again depending on available stocks.

HLL SRL reserves the right not to register a payment or not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever.

Article 3 – Online training

• All subscriptions to online training courses are made on the www.hourlonglife.com website.
• This platform is reserved exclusively for anyone who has been allocated a login and password. These identifiers are unipersonal and must under no circumstances be communicated to a third party for any reason whatsoever. Connection to the platform requires a telephone number to protect the connection. A password will therefore be systematically sent to you each time you connect to your smartphone. It is therefore important to provide a viable and above all accessible telephone number. We ask you to use only one IP address. We can check your connections. If HLL SRL considers that you are abusing the system by using IP addresses that are too different, then you risk having your access to the platform suspended until you are completely removed, with no refund possible.
• Online training courses are available immediately and access is automatically delivered by e-mail once payment has been validated. Some courses are available with a time limit, others with no limit and others by subscription.
• You must be in a country that allows video playback via Vimeo.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their WiFi connection allows them to view the videos correctly. Once the week of withdrawal has elapsed, this argument cannot be used as a reason for withdrawal or reimbursement.
• In the event of the death of the President of HLL SRL, access to the courses will be maintained until the subscription to the Learndash hosting platform comes to an end. In the event of termination of the Learndash platform, we reserve the right to change the duration or conditions of subscription.

Article 4 – In-person Courses and Retreats

All subscriptions to face-to-face training courses are made either on the www.hourlonglife.com website or on the www.tourhero.com website. Validation of payment for the online order constitutes registration and acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale.

In order to promote good learning conditions, the number of participants in each course is limited and determined according to each course, its objectives, teaching methods and the capacity of the premises. Registrations are taken into account in the order in which payment is validated. The issue of an estimate does not constitute registration.

Once the number of participants has been reached, registration is closed. If the number of participants is insufficient to ensure that the course runs smoothly, HLL SRL reserves the right to postpone the course at least one week before the scheduled date, without compensation.

Article 5 – Description and training programme

The content of the programmes as they appear in the product description are provided for information only. The instructor or course leader reserves the right to modify them according to current events, the level of participants or the dynamics of the group.

Article 6 – Cancellation

• With regard to virtual documents to be downloaded, no retraction is possible once the download link has been sent to you and no refund will be made.
• For online training, you have a period of 7 consecutive days in which to withdraw under the money-back guarantee, during which time you can request a full refund without having to give any reason whatsoever. There are, however, two conditions that must be met in order to request withdrawal. 1) You must not have viewed more than 20% of the training pages. 2) You must not have viewed more than one hour of the video. The period takes effect upon validation of payment.
• With regard to physical products, in accordance with Article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a cooling-off period of 14 consecutive days from the date of validation of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty. However, the equipment must not have been damaged in any way and must remain in its original packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
• If you exercise your right to cancel on a physical product, HLL SRL will reimburse the sums paid within 7 working days of receipt of the product(s) you are cancelling (the postmark will be taken as proof of this). Reimbursement will be made either by bank transfer via Stripe.
• If you exercise your right to withdraw from an online course with the money-back guarantee, HLL SRL will reimburse the sums paid within 7 working days of receiving your request for withdrawal by email (the confirmation of receipt of the email will be taken as proof of this). It is important that you receive confirmation of receipt of your request from us in order to ensure that it has been received correctly. Refunds will be made by bank transfer via Stripe.
• After the withdrawal periods set out above, no refund will be made except in the event of force majeure such as death or temporary or permanent disability. Proof must be sent by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt to validate your request. On receipt of this, the refund will be made within 7 days via Stripe.

Article 7 – Disponibility

Our online classes are available for 5 years on the www.hourlonglife.com website.

Article 8 – Delivery

Orders are processed within a maximum of 48 working hours. Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process, within the time limit set by the post office. The current delivery method is colissimo and lettre suivie.

In accordance with legal provisions, in the event of late delivery, you may cancel the order in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in article L.138-2 of the French Consumer Code. If, in the meantime, you receive the product, we will reimburse you and the delivery costs in accordance with article L 138-3 of the French Consumer Code.

In the case of delivery by a carrier, HLL SRL cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to the customer’s unavailability after several proposed appointments.

All our physical products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for hidden defects, as set out in articles 1641 et seq of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned, exchanged or reimbursed. Any claim or request for exchange must be made by post within 30 days of delivery. Your request must be supported by photographs.

Products must be returned to us in the condition in which you received them, with all components (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.).

Shipping costs will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoiced rate and return costs will be reimbursed on presentation of proof.

The provisions of this article do not prevent you from benefiting from the right of withdrawal provided for in article 6.

Article 9 – Responsability

The products comply with current Belgian legislation. HLL SRL cannot be held responsible if the legislation of the country where the product is delivered is not respected. It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities about the possibility of importing or using the products or services that you are considering ordering. Furthermore, HLL SRL cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the product purchased.

Finally, HLL SRL cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 10 – Applicable law in the event of a dispute

The language of this contract is French or English. These conditions of sale are governed by Belgium law. In the event of a dispute, the Belgian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 11 – Intellectual property

All elements of the www.hourlonglife.com website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of HLL SRL. Except for this Terms of Use page, no one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, any elements of the site, whether software, documents, works, videos or soundtracks. Any simple link or hypertext link is strictly forbidden without our written consent. If you wish to share this information, you must send a written request to the company president.

Article 12 – Personal data

HLL SRL reserves the right to collect personal information about you. This information is required to process your order and to improve the services and information we send you.

It may be passed on to companies that contribute to this relationship, such as those responsible for carrying out services and orders for their management, execution, processing and payment.

This information and data is also kept for security purposes, in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and object to nominative information and personal data concerning you, directly on the website.

HLL SRL will archive order forms and invoices on a reliable and durable medium, constituting a true copy in accordance with the provisions of article 1348 of the French Civil Code. HLL SRL’s computerised records will be considered by all parties concerned as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between the parties.

Medical emailing should be cautious. We are not to be held responsible for emails sent to us. We delete them as soon as they are taken care of for security purposes and RGPD obligations.
