We try as much as possible to answer urgent requests within the day, and non-urgent requests within the week.
A telephone hotline is available every day between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m., on 081/345.316, to answer specific questions from patients already being treated.

Length of first appointment: 1 hour.
Follow-up usually every 3 to 6 months at first. That said, for us, ‘No news, good news’. If you don’t feel that things are moving, it’s not normal. Contact us again by e-mail or telephone.
Appointment availability
We do our best to offer as many appointments as possible. We are aware that this will never be enough, which is why we offer practical trainings and online courses to help you take better control of your health. Be curious!

Teleconsultations
No need to download anything in advance.
You’ll receive a link by email or text message when we’re available for you. Just click on it (on your computer or smartphone) and off you go!
Just forgive us if we’re a bit late, as it’s sometimes difficult to see from a distance…
Fees
- Much faster appointments, and just as effective.
- Treatment plan within 72 hours of appointment, after validation and supervision by Dr. Durieu
- Fixed, non-reimbursed fee: First appointment for adult patients €100, Follow-up appointment €80, Children €80 (usually only one appointment required), Remote advice €30 incl. VAT.
We adjust our fees downwards in the event of financial problems.
In general, and in comparison to Ms. Bieva, fees may be increased by the portion reimbursed by your belgian health insurance, which makes things even for the patients. Four teleconsultations a year are partly refunded by the Belgian Social Security (22.8€)
Billing every consultation separately is taking time away from medical consultations. If you don’t rely on Belgian Social Security, contact us to enroll into the VIP care program, billed yearly for illimited health (3 differents subscriptions available)
