What is in Lumhis®?
Lumhis® contains :
- 3 main remedies in ‘LM’ dilutions, i.e. the gentlest though very deep-acting potency
- Ferrum carbonicum : a major component of our material and mental world, yet not used much in homeopathy, as it’s a blind spot we all share : we can’t easily see this in others when we all need it.
- Yucca Filamentosa (a Liliaceae cfr infra)
- Green Clay : which is very much used in continental Europe either in powder on wounds, in cataplasms on painful joints or decanted in water. It’s obviously grounding, and deeply anti-inflammatory.
- 5 complementary remedies in the more classic ‘CH’ potency, namely Lilidaes : Veratrum Album 8CH, Colchicum 9CH, Lilium Tigrinum 10CH, Paris Quadrifolia 12CH, Crocus sativus 15CH
- and all our good vibes and intentions!
However, it’s important that you think of Lumhis® as a single remedy by itself… a very complex vibration aimed at a very precise goal, that we all have in common living in 2026.

How to use Lumhis®?
Lumhis® is primarily designed for children aged 5-15, but can also benefit adults in certain cases
As such, this new remedy could be advised to most under 15 years old to ground them in their best life path, before they are linked to any previous career or personal choices
It is also used with some adults in therapy, or as a reset when obstacles to cure prevent progress.
Being homeopathic remedy, there is no secondary effects.

Practical advice for Homeopathic physicians : how to use Lumhis along with other homeopathic remedies you would think off
The general idea of efficient healing is to start by grounding people better – reconnect to nature and its laws, hence physically making it easier to maintain our electrical neutrality – so that people become more “healable” on a global scale.
We can help people achieve better grounding with lifestyle advices, breathwork and chakras breathing for a start. Check out this page from the blog.
Then we may want to think of prescribing Schuessler Salts, Gemmotherapy, Olfactotherapy… or this is where Lumhis® comes into place, allowing us to achieve to achieve grounding consistently, regardless of other interventions.
Triad with 2 other homeopathic remedies
When indicated, Lumhis® is advised to be taken once every 3 weeks, to allow for changes in the meanwhile. It is best used when associated with 2 other remedies, taken the 2 other weeks, e.g. one remedy every Friday :
- First Friday : Situation remedy
- Second Friday : Family-aimed potency
- Third Friday : Lumhis
Once you have it, you can add the Similimum/Constitutional remedy once every 3 months
Note to homeopaths : Although not thought much, it is ok/advised to alternate remedies from different reigns in the Triad, to adapt to current situations! Find what’s feel right.
